The Crossing:
A Sonoglyph short film.
A traveler recounts an old tale from Sonavella—a lost artifact, an impossible crossing, and the cost of bringing it home.
Created for the 2026 Higgsfield Global Film Festival.
The Crossing marked Sonoglyph's first end-to-end film production—translating an original world from architectural, character and narrative development into a finished cinematic story. Developed live through Higgsfield's Create in Public program, the project became an active test of an emerging production model: combining generative filmmaking tools with original production design, direction, music, sound and editorial.
NOT EVERY idea becomes a story.
